Ken Mermoud

Ken Mermoud is the current Vice President of Product Management at PatternEx. Ken has held this position since October of 2018. Prior to joining PatternEx, Ken served as the Vice President of Product Management at Securonix from December 2014 to September 2018. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of product management, including product strategy, product direction, product training, and documentation. Under their leadership, Securonix went from being a thought leader in UEBA in 2014 to the most visionary SIEM player in the SIEM Magic Quadrant in 2017.

Before joining Securonix, Ken served as Development Manager for Content & Solution Teams at ArcSight from April 2005 to January 2012. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team of developers who created content and solutions for ArcSight customers.

Ken began their career in product management at HP Enterprise Security in January 2012, where they served as Senior Manager of Product Management until December 2014. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of product management for HP's security products.

Ken is a highly experienced product manager with over 15 years of experience in the security industry. Ken has a proven track record of success in driving product strategy and direction for both start-ups and large enterprises. Ken is a thought leader in the security industry and is highly respected by their peers.

Ken Mermoud has a Master of Science in network security from EURECOM and a Master of Science in communication systems from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne). Ken is also certified in Practical Product Management from Pragmatic Marketing.
