Elisha Avne

Elisha Avne, M.S., is an organizational consultant and leadership coach with over 10 years of experience in relationship management, strategic product design, and workflow planning. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Organizational Development at Patterns Behavioral Services, Inc. since 2022, Elisha also leads their own consulting firm, where they work cross-functionally to enhance organizational performance. Previously, Elisha held various roles, including Campaign Manager at Sevenly, where they successfully launched numerous charity campaigns, and Partnership Program Manager at Roadtrip Nation. Elisha earned a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Vanguard University of Southern California, complementing their Bachelor's Degrees in Sociology and Psychology from the same institution.
