Helen Kim

Helen Kim is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with extensive experience in clinical management and education. Recently serving as Lead Clinical Manager at Patterns Behavioral Services, Helen has held various clinical roles including Clinical Team Lead and Clinical Supervisor. Prior teaching experience spans middle and high school levels, focusing on subjects such as language arts, biology, and math. Additionally, Helen has contributed to research at Pepperdine University and provided behavioral therapy at Easter Seals Southern California. Helen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Psychology from Mount Holyoke College, a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, and completed a BACB Verified Course Sequence in Applied Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology.
