Laura Takagi is a strategic and collaborative clinical manager with over 15 years of experience in healthcare and behavioral health settings. Currently serving as the Regional Clinical Director for the West, they previously held the position of Clinical Director at Patterns Behavioral Services, where they oversaw over 50 staff members and directed strategic initiatives.
