Clinical Operations

The Clinical Operations team at Patterns Behavioral Services, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the implementation and quality of therapeutic services for children with Autism and other intellectual disabilities. This team, composed of experienced behavior analysts and therapists, ensures that the strategies of Applied Behavior Analysis and Discrete Trial Training are effectively executed. They also focus on training and supporting staff, developing evidence-based practices, and continuously improving clinical outcomes to provide the highest quality of care for families.
