Dan Sula

Dan Sula is a highly experienced Senior Robotics Engineer at Patti Engineering since April 2021, where responsibilities include leading robotic automation system projects and conducting feasibility studies for both automotive and non-automotive clients. As the Chief Executive Officer of Automation Focus, LLC, since August 2019, Dan provides consulting services for robotic automation project planning and execution. Previous roles include Business Line Manager at ABB Inc. Robotics, Director of Engineering at Acme Manufacturing, and Senior Director at SteriMed Medical Waste Solutions, with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Dan has also held key positions at Robot Solutions Consulting and FANUC Robotics, building expertise in automation solutions and team leadership. Education includes a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
