My journey from the courtroom to convict to SME on failure and recovery hasn’t been linear. 

From Federal Trial Lawyer to the No ‘B.S.’ Executive Coach and Speaker: I loved being a federal trial attorney. Connecting with the jury, taking them on a journey, creating a narrative that appropriately represented who my client was, made me a compelling storyteller. And I envisioned a lifetime doing that. Then I was convicted of committing white collar crimes and incarcerated for 5 years in federal prison.*

My conviction ended my legal career. However, 20 years of courtroom experience gifted me with the skillset necessary for reaching leaders through coaching and speaking. And my time in prison fostered the "no B.S." approach of accountability, humility, and resilience that has taken me from failure to success, once again.
