Candace Phillips

Candace Phillips is an experienced Salon Manager at Ulta Beauty since October 2019, focusing on team development and maximizing revenue in a high-performance environment. As a Lead Platform Artist and National Educator for Caris Salon Services since April 2011, Candace educates salons and hairstylists on the latest trends and advanced techniques. Candace also owns Candyshoppe Hair Studio, where the emphasis is on leveraging innovative salon technologies and fostering guest loyalty. Additionally, Candace serves as a National Educator for John Paul Mitchell Systems, training professionals on the full product line. Previously, Candace was the owner/operator of Salon 78, a top Paul Mitchell Focus Salon in Atlanta. Candace holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Grambling State University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
