Our journey began in 1936 in Covilhã, the historic heart of Portugal’s wool industry. Known as the “Portuguese Manchester,” Covilhã has been a hub of wool manufacturing for over four centuries, where know-how is passed down from generation to generation. In this setting, Paulo de Oliveira is today the most important ambassador of this tradition.

We are a vertical company producing from fiber to fabric under the same roof, including spinning, weaving, dyeing, and finishing. This integration ensures full control over quality, innovation, and service, making us one of the leading producers of fine wool fabrics in Europe. Today, we proudly export the majority of our production to all continents, partnering with leading fashion brands and industry players worldwide.

Most of the energy we use comes from our own solar panels, we reuse and treat water, and we ensure all effluents and waste are responsibly managed. Sustainability also guides our product development, with fabrics made from recycled raw materials and by-products from the production process.
