Brocton N. currently works as the Technology Manager at Paulus Engineering, Inc., where Brocton specializes in managing the technology stack, specifically in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Power Apps, security, and custom solutions. Brocton also serves as the Human Resources Content Development Manager, focusing on creating HR and safety training and compliance programs. In their previous role as a Brand Manager at Acid Rain Water, Brocton improved operational efficiency and guided the sourcing team through an international aluminum can shortage.
