I'm Báirbre, the founder of PAUSE and pioneer of Focusing-Oriented Coaching, an evidenced-based coaching approach that unlocks the wisdom held in our bodies, creating transformative change, an approach I developed through a 5 year Mental Well Being research project.

My clients are senior leaders, experienced coaches curious about expanding their practice, newly qualified coaches drawn to deeper work or professionals in therapy, mental health, HR or leadership roles who feel a strong desire to support others, while tending to themselves.

Through Focusing-Oriented Coaching, I help my clients (many of whom are coaches themselves):

- Connect to the treasure-throve of wisdom held in their body, bringing new awareness, self-understanding and clarity

- Deepen their listening and presence with clients and key professional and personal relationships

- Navigate their own mental and physical health challenges

- Grow confidence in their ability to create transformative change, and

- Stand out in a crowded coaching world by working in this truly embodied, relational and self-compassionate way.

"I approached Báirbre as my business was in a difficult transition. She has brought a lot of clarity to my work-life but the positive impacts extends beyond work into my everyday life" Wayne Allen, CEO, Perfuze

With 25 years of experience managing people, including 11 years as CEO of a Medical Device company and 14 years coaching senior leaders and leadership teams, I bring a grounded, real-world understanding to my work.

"I highly recommend Báirbre as someone who can help facilitate effective personal development and fulfillment in all aspects of life" Trevor McSharry, Head of faculty, Engineering, ATU University

My programs include:

- One-on-one and team-based Focusing-Oriented Coaching

- Focusing-Oriented supervision

- Focusing-Oriented Coach Training programs for coaches and helping professionals
