Nathan Hodson is a psychiatrist and co-founder of Pause, leading initiatives at the University of Warwick focused on simplifying healthy decision-making for parents. With expertise in clinical psychiatry, behavioural science, and user testing, Nathan's approach combines digital micro interventions to foster meaningful behaviour change. Currently, Nathan serves as an Honorary Fellow at the University of Warwick and a Locum Specialty Doctor at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust, with previous experiences including a Doctoral Student position at the University of Southern California and a role as a member of the Board of Trustees at NAPAC. Nathan holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, as well as a postgraduate certificate in healthcare leadership and management from Swansea University, and an MBBS from Brighton and Sussex Medical School.
