Most people spend their days paying attention to everything except their own bodies. Pauseture was built to change that.

Founded by Beverly Atkins after a back injury led her to a method most people have never heard of, Pauseture brings the Feldenkrais Method® to your phone through audio-guided Awareness Through Movement® lessons.

These aren't stretches or exercises. They're gentle, attention-based movement lessons that interrupt habitual patterns, reduce unnecessary tension, and help your nervous system find new options — physically and mentally.

It's a 2-for-1: each lesson improves how you move AND develops the attention and awareness that creates neuroplastic change. Think functional movement and meditation in the same practice — for people who can't sit still to meditate.

People come for back pain, ADHD, chronic stress, or poor sleep. What they often find is something they weren't expecting — a different relationship with themselves and others.

Feldenkrais has historically been difficult to access. Pauseture changes that. A growing library of 365+ lessons, taught by Guild Certified Feldenkrais® teachers, available anytime.

Because feeling better in your body shouldn't be a luxury.
