Omar Hernández

Omar Hernández is a sports journalist and information chief at Deporte UNAM, where they direct and coordinate teams of editors, reporters, and volunteers. They have interviewed notable figures such as Checo Pérez and María del Rosario Espinoza, and have covered major events including the FIFA U-17 World Cup. Previously, they served as a general editor at Diario de Mexico edicion USA and a sports journalist at Diario AS, among other roles. Omar holds a degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, along with several specialized courses in journalism and business management.
