Josh Fish

Josh Fish has a diverse work experience in the plating and chemical industry. Josh is currently the Technical Service/Lab Operations Director at Pavco, Inc. since September 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Plating Manager at Bolta US from January 2015 to September 2018. Josh also served as the Vice President of Technical Operations at Librandi's Plating and Machine from January 2014 to December 2014. Before that, they worked as the NA Product Support Specialist at Atotech Group from September 2012 to December 2013. Josh started their career at Atotech Group as a QC/TS Chemist II from September 2008 to June 2011. Throughout their career, Josh has gained experience in managing chemical processes, improving process performance, troubleshooting, and ensuring proper usage of equipment and products.

Josh Fish completed their high school education at RS Central High School from 1997 to 2001. Josh pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at Appalachian State University from 2004 to 2007.
