Raymond Rouf

Raymond Rouf is the Co-Founder and CEO of pave.dev. Prior to pave.dev, they were the Cofounder and CEO of Adazza, a company that built integrations with telecoms and mobile money operators around the world to ingest data for analytics and ML problems. Telecoms capture the majority of financial data across 1.7 billion underbanked population. The vision of Adazza was to unlock this data and allow for fintechs to build a range of new financial services for the underbanked.

Before Adazza, Raymond was the Product Manager at Minekey, Inc., where they built a Q&A Facebook application. Raymond was also the CEO and Founder of GraphScience Inc, a Facebook Ad Optimization platform that returned a 4-8x ROI for major retail brands including Nordstrom, Williams-Sonoma, Urban Outfitters, and many other brick&mortar companies. Centro acquired GraphScience in 2013.

Raymond began their career as Principal at Prodeant LLC in 2004. Raymond has been working in the tech industry for over 15 years and is an expert in building integrations with telecoms, mobile money operators, and social media platforms.

Raymond Rouf's educational career has been focused in the fields of economics, mathematics, and computer science. Raymond attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied these subjects and earned a degree in each field.
