Elizabeth Thomas

Elizabeth Thomas is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Total Rewards at Handshake since January 2024, while also contributing as a Customer Advisory Board Member at Pave since February 2023. Previously, Elizabeth held roles at Checkr, Inc. as Director and Senior Manager of People Operations & Total Rewards from August 2021 to October 2023, and at Omada Health as Senior Manager of Total Rewards from May 2019 to August 2021, where total rewards programs were designed and implemented. Earlier experience includes positions at Rigetti Computing, Lithium Technologies, Intel Security, and McAfee, with a focus on HR operations and data analysis, as well as developing HR strategies. Elizabeth holds a B.A. in Business and Psychology from the University of Puget Sound and furthered education at Le Cordon Bleu Paris.
