Jake Hanson

Customer Success Engineer

Jake Hanson, MBA, currently serves as a Technical Account Manager at Pave since January 2023. Previously, Jake held various positions at Airkit from April 2020 to January 2023, including Senior Solutions Consultant and Solutions Architect, where technical recommendations and custom solutions leveraging the Airkit platform were provided. At Infor, Jake worked as a Consultant, managing customer onboarding projects and ensuring excellent communication and service. Additionally, Jake served as a Software Implementation Specialist at ReServe Interactive from July 2015 to April 2019, overseeing customer onboarding and data transfer processes. Jake's early career includes a role as Operations Student Lead at UCI Student Center and Event Services, managing daily operations and supervising staff. Jake holds an MBA from San José State University and a BS in Earth System Science from UC Irvine.
