Tim O'Brien

Tim O'Brien is a software engineer who has worked at Pave, Mainline Classical Academy, Peloton Interactive, and Vanderbilt University. Tim has also interned at Checkbook. Tim has reduced startup time over 92% by using Docker to programmatically build services. Tim has also eliminated GUI, lowered RAM usage over 35%. In addition, they created tracking system and enabled priority shipping for over 1000 weekly mailed checks using printed barcode and digital stamps. Tim also extended internal portal to send email notifications on update and added fields using React with custom parsing of Postgres database.

Tim O'Brien has a Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University, where they triple majored in Computer Science, Mathematics, and French. Tim graduated summa cum laude in May 2021. Prior to attending Vanderbilt, they attended Ransom Everglades, where they were on the Math Team, Quiz Bowl and History Team.
