Our dried fruits are carefully roasted and caramelized in Provence. With the help of our small, dynamic, and ambitious team, we aim to bring this ancestral confectionery up to date.

The recipes are crafted by the most indulgent among us and nothing is left to chance! A unique expertise in roasting and caramelization, coupled with a selection of the finest dried fruits from the regions where they are specialties.
It is in the heart of a Provençal vineyard that we draw our inspiration.
We create and prepare our handmade treats to satisfy your cravings.
