Shane Pope has extensive experience in the construction industry, specializing in roadway and bridge projects. Currently serving as a Construction Superintendent at PaveTex since September 2019, Shane oversees construction activities in the Odessa, Midland, and Fort Stockton areas, focusing on safety and quality. Prior to this role, Shane was a Senior Chief Construction Inspector at PaveTex, based in Lubbock, contributing to the quality assurance of roadway and bridge projects. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Inspector and Project Manager at CP&Y, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed inspecting and ensuring compliance with construction specifications for TxDOT projects. Shane's career began at the Texas Department of Transportation as an Engineering Inspector Specialist, focusing on the construction and repair of Texas roadways and bridges. Shane holds a degree from West Texas A&M University and graduated from Quanah High School.
