Javier Mas is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the CFO at PAVIGYM since May 2025 and as an Associate Lecturer in Corporate Finance at Universitat de València since February 2021. Prior roles include Finance Director and Financial Controller at Pinturas Isaval S.L. from February 2016 to June 2025, where responsibilities included financial controlling and cost accounting. Javier also gained valuable experience as an intern in Corporate & Investment Banking at HypoVereinsbank - UniCredit Bank AG and as an intern in Value Investing at Khadjavi Corporate Partners, focusing on quantitative analysis and financial evaluations. Academically, Javier holds an MBA Junior from EDEM and degrees in International Business from the Technical University of Munich and the University of Valencia.
