Brian Gerritz

Brian Gerritz has an extensive work experience in the construction industry. In 1998, they joined GSL Properties, Inc. as the Director of Operations for the Construction Division and served until September 2008. In 2007, they co-founded Pavilion Construction and currently holds the role of President. Pavilion Construction specializes in residential and light commercial construction projects, with a focus on multi-family communities in the western region of the United States.

Brian Gerritz has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Linfield University, which they obtained from 1994 to 1998. Prior to that, they completed their general studies at Grant High School in Portland, Oregon, from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their education, Brian Gerritz has also obtained two certifications: National Standard General Building Contractor (A) certification from the International Code Council in August 2018 and Private Aircraft Pilot certification from the United States Federal Aviation Administration in September 2002.
