Susan Post

Susan Post is the Chief Strategy & Integration Officer at Pavion as of January 2023. Previously, Susan served as Vice President of Operations at CTSI - Corbett Technology Solutions, Inc. from December 2021 to January 2023 and held the position of Vice President of Service Delivery and Customer Service at Johnson Controls from May 2017 to October 2021. In this latter role, Susan ensured exceptional service delivery and customer service across security, fire protection, and video analytics solutions while managing a team of 200 employees. Additionally, Susan has extensive experience at Tyco Integrated Security, where notable achievements include being a 14-time recipient of the “Tyco Club Excellence” award and receiving the Tyco Chairman Award in 2001, 2002, and 2009. Earlier career roles include serving as National Director of Field Support at ADT Security Services and General Manager at Wells Fargo Security. Susan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Florida.
