Tom Richards

Tom Richards is the Co-Founder & CEO of Pavlov. Prior to this, Tom worked at WhatsApp as a Product Manager focusing on addressing Unwanted Contact. Tom also held roles as a Senior Manager of Product Management at Meta and Instagram, leading teams in various product management capacities. Before that, Tom was a Group Product Manager at Intercom, and the VP of Product Management at Green Man Gaming. Tom holds a BSc in Computer Science from Aberystwyth University.
