Rick Odom is currently the Country Manager for pawaPay in the Central African Republic. With extensive experience in banking and operations, Odom previously held multiple leadership roles at Ecobank Centrafrique, including Head of Operations and Head of Card Operations, from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, Odom served as a Senior Business Analyst at Ferokh Solutions from 2020 to 2025 and began their career as an IT Assistant at SOCACIG from 2005 to 2008. Odom holds a BTS in Computer Management and a professional license in Computer Systems Administration from Université de Bangui, along with an ITB in Banking Management from L'École supérieure de la banque.
