At Pawsitive Relations, our mission is to empower pet owners and pet care professionals through education that is practical, compassionate, and easy to understand. We offer Pet CPR & First Aid certifications, canine body language & safety workshops, and humane education programs that help people prepare for emergencies, prevent problems, and strengthen the bond they share with animals.
We believe education is one of the most powerful ways to improve animal welfare and create safer, kinder communities. That’s why our tagline is: Pet CPR, Safety & Humane Education – Building Kinder Communities for Pets and People.
At the same time, our work is deeply personal. Every class and workshop is designed to inspire confidence and compassion while providing life-saving, hands-on skills that make a difference in everyday life with animals. Because when we know better, we do better — for ourselves, our pets, and our communities.
Founded in 2012, Pawsitive Relations has partnered with schools, shelters, and community organizations across Greater Houston. From high school students at the Texas Area 6 HOSA Fall Leadership Conference, to teams at City of Houston | BARC Animal Shelter & Adoptions, Alief ISD Center for Advanced Careers, Friends for Life Animal Shelter, and local boarding, grooming, and pet-sitting businesses — we are proud to bring education that saves lives and inspires compassion.
