Pax Populus is a premier advisory firm specializing in social risk and reputation management. With nearly three decades of experience, we excel in designing and implementing systems that effectively manage social risk and secure a robust "social license to operate."

Our diverse clientele spans top 100 public companies, small and mid-cap developers, NGOs, private equity firms, and government entities.

We specialize in guiding challenging projects with significant capital and reputational exposure, providing the seasoned expertise needed to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.

At Pax Populus, we don't engage in routine stakeholder management. Our focus is on tackling "wicked" people problems where billion-dollar projects, reputations, livelihoods, and societal progress hang in the balance.

By combining our deep understanding of social dynamics with our clients' industry knowledge, we craft innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Our comprehensive services include reputation risk assessment and strategy, crisis communication planning and response, multi-stakeholder dialogue and conflict resolution, ESG and sustainability strategy co-design and review, social impact assessments and management plans for major projects, and expert witness testimony on social impacts.

We pride ourselves on building our clients' capacities, aiming to make our services ultimately redundant. Our approach is rooted in pairing our societal insights with your business acumen to create sustainable, long-term solutions.
