Rob Stelling

Rob Stelling is a seasoned sales executive with extensive experience in business development and sales management across various companies. Currently serving as Regional Vice President of Sales at PAX Services Group since January 2025, Stelling previously held positions at Performance Services and Climatec, LLC, where roles included Director of Sales and Business Development. Stelling's expertise was further honed at enVerid Systems, Inc., as U.S. Director of Channel Marketing and Engineered Sales, where notable achievements included the launch of the York EcoAdvance HLR product line in partnership with Johnson Controls. With earlier experience as a Territory Manager at Advanced Filtration Systems and a Sales Engineer at Johnson Controls, Stelling's technical sales background is complemented by a solid foundation in airfield operations as an Airfield Operations Officer in the United States Air Force. Stelling holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the United States Air Force Academy.
