Rob Harford

Rob Harford has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Rob is currently the VP of HR & Facilities at PAX, starting in November 2021. Prior to this, they held various HR roles at different companies. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as the Head of People Business Partners at Opendoor.com, where they played a crucial role in building a multi-location HRBP function. Before that, they served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Zenefits, Prosper Marketplace, and Jawbone. Rob also worked as an HR Business Partner at Groupon. Earlier in their career, they gained valuable experience at Google in roles such as Diversity Programs Business Partner, Recruiting Lead, HR Business Partner, and Recruiter. Before joining Google, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Nicholson and as the Director/Consultant at Powerhouse Executive Recruitment Ltd.

Rob Harford earned their MA in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.
