Eric Stevens

Eric is a seasoned Engineering leader with an extensive background in cyber security, high-end real-time distributed systems, and massive data analytics. He has demonstrated success leading teams of every size, from very small to large, international, distributed teams.

Most recently, Eric was VP of Engineering at ProtectWise, a Denver-based petabit scale cyber security detections, insights, and forensic platform. This platform was responsible for ingesting, rationalizing, analyzing, storing, and recalling over 500 billion data points per day across a diverse set of customer networks, with hundreds of petabytes of data under active management, and all at the speed of network latency.

When Verizon purchased ProtectWise, Eric stayed with the team and eventually grew to be the executive leader for internal Engineering over Verizon Business Group’s entire cyber security product portfolio.

Eric’s diverse technical background spans numerous industries, including healthcare, cyber security, eCommerce, social networking, and more.
