Laura Fleming

Laura Fleming is an experienced Event Strategy and Experience Director for EMEA at Pax8, where responsibilities include shaping engaging event experiences that align with business objectives and managing the UK&I Events team. Laura has a proven track record in event management, having progressed from the UK Events Manager to Director of Events within Pax8. Prior to Pax8, Laura served as Community and Events Manager at Ascent, organizing the annual EARL Conference, and held the position of Events and Community Manager at Mango Solutions, where responsibilities included managing user group meetups and marketing events. Additional experience includes a role as Sales and Marketing Support Executive at Atom Content Marketing, along with early experience as an Event Coordinator at Specialized Security during the Glastonbury music festival. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Promotion from Nottingham Trent University.
