Toby Isaacs

Toby Isaacs is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in internal communications and visual thinking. Currently serving as the Director of Internal Communications at Pax8 since July 2022, Toby previously held the position of Internal Communications Manager. As the Founder and internal communications strategist at Thoughtful-Futures from October 2020 to February 2023, Toby focused on helping individuals and organizations transition effectively. Before this, Toby spent over 22 years at Home in Bristol, where roles included Head of Visual Thinking and Communications Strategist, emphasizing clarity and effective storytelling in communications. Toby holds a BA (Hons) in Graphic Information Design from Falmouth University.
