Currently, Jaylen is employed at Paxos as a Senior Program Manager in the Securities division, starting in February 2021. The duration of their role at Paxos is ongoing, as no end date has been provided.

Jaylen Gadhia pursued higher education from 2011 to 2015 at McGill University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Strategic Management.
