Mina Alanoly

Mina Alanoly has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Mina started their career as a Business Analyst at Excelacom in 2009 and worked there until 2010. Mina then joined Cisco as a Project Manager from 2010 to 2013, during which they were promoted to Senior Project Manager. In 2014, Mina briefly worked at Google in the Strategy & Operations department. Mina then transitioned to JW Player in 2015, where they initially held the role of Strategy and Operations Manager, before becoming the Director of Strategy and Operations in 2017. Mina joined Paxos in 2019, first as the Chief of Staff and then progressed to Senior Manager, Securities Product. In 2021, they became the Director of Securities Business, and in April 2022, they were promoted to their current position as Senior Director (Head of Customer Success), Securities Business at Paxos.

Mina Alanoly completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree with a minor in Management from McGill University.
