Rush Marler

Rush Marler is an accomplished operations and strategy leader with over 10 years of experience in manufacturing. They hold a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Clemson University and have worked in various roles, including Plant Manager and Director of Continuous Improvement at Transcendia, Inc. Currently, Rush serves as the Director of OpEx at PAXXUS, where they focus on driving operational excellence. They are a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, passionate about strategy development and continuous improvement.
