The Others segment includes computer facilities management, information technology consultancy and operations of the Company. Its subsidiaries provide general transcription, proofreading, contact center and back office outsourcing services. Its subsidiary, ScopeWorks Asia, Inc., provides data transcription and back office outsourcing services for the United States and the United Kingdom markets.
