Victor I. is an experienced information technology professional with a robust background in IT security and consulting. Since July 2012, Victor has served as Managing Principal at Cradle Systems, LLC, while also holding the position of Senior Information Technology Consultant at Paya since February 2018. Previous roles include Senior Information Technology Consultant at DC Bar, Chief Information Security Officer at DC Health Benefit Exchange, and Senior Program Manager at Tantus Technologies, Inc.
