Ameer Hamza

Ameer Hamza is a Technical Engineer - Tier II at Payactiv since June 2021, having previously worked as a Customer Service Representative. At Payactiv, a U.S.-based Fin-Tech non-profit organization providing early wage access to lower-middle-class individuals, Ameer advanced from customer service to a Q/A Executive role. Prior experience includes serving as a Customer Service Representative at Orien, a leading cab call service in Pakistan, and as a Sales Manager at Ace BPO in the UK, where responsibilities included team motivation and coaching. Ameer began a career in telemarketing as a Sales Specialist at Amigos BPO, LLC, where foundational sales skills were developed. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance at the National University of Modern Languages, with an expected completion date in December 2024.
