David Carlick

David Carlick is the current director at PayActiv. Prior to this, they held various positions at different companies including APLICOR, Summit Semiconductor, WiSA Association, and NetSeer. David was also the chairman and venture partner at Adventure Capital Venture Management from 2011 to 2017.

David has over 20 years of experience in software and technology. David has a proven track record in building and leading successful companies. David is a serial entrepreneur and an investor in early-stage companies.

David’s experience includes taking a company public, as well as successful exits through acquisition. David has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) market.
