Mark Ballinger

Mark Ballinger has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Mark began their career at MLC as a Project Manager from 2003 to 2005. Mark then worked at Allfinanz as the Head of Projects for the Asia Pacific region from 2006 to 2010, where they successfully established the delivery capability and managed blue-chip clients. From 2010 to 2011, Mark was the Program Execution Manager at Superpartners, where they advised on architecture and implemented delivery strategies for major business transformation programs. Mark then joined AIA Australia as the IT Strategy Planning Manager from 2011 to 2012, where they developed an IT roadmap aligned with the business strategy and gained executive approval for projects. Mark later joined PBT Group Australia as the Head of Delivery Programs from 2012 to 2014, where they oversaw program delivery and established the global software development methodology. Currently, Mark is working at Payapps, starting as the Director of Product and Technology from 2014 to 2017, and then taking on the role of Executive VP of Customer Success from 2017 to 2018. Mark later became the Director of Market & Customer Engagement from 2019 to 2020 and is currently serving as the Head of Product from 2021.

Mark Ballinger obtained a Bachelor of Business degree in Information Systems from Federation University Australia between the years 1990 and 1992. Later, they pursued their education at the Securities Institute of Australia from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment.
