Eva Milicic

Eva Milicic has a strong background in customer service and management. Eva currently holds the position of Director of Customer Services at PAYBACK since 2018. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Customer Service at LaVita GmbH from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, Eva has extensive experience at Sky, where they worked as a Senior Manager in Telesales from 2014 to 2017 and as a Manager in Outsourcer CC from 2010 to 2014. Eva began their career as a Project Manager at tms connected! by Transcom from 2007 to 2009.

Eva Milicic pursued their studies in Volkswirtschaftslehre at Heidelberg University, where they obtained a Diplom degree.
