Maxim Petrov

Maxim Petrov has extensive work experience in the field of data engineering and business intelligence. Maxim currently holds the position of Director of Data Engineering at PAYBACK since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant and Product Manager at an undisclosed company starting in May 2020.

Maxim also served as a Senior Data Engineer at Engel & Völkers from August 2018 to June 2020. Before that, they worked as a BI&DWH Senior Specialist at ECE Projektmanagement G.m.b.H. & Co. KG from October 2014 to July 2018.

Their earlier experience includes working as a Senior Consultant in BI & DWH at pmOne from January 2009 to September 2014, and as a Technical Sales Engineer at Siemens from July 2007 to December 2008.

Maxim Petrov attended Siemens Technik Akademie Berlin from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained an Associate degree in Engineer Datatechnology & Communication. During their education at Siemens Technik Akademie Berlin, their field of study focused on Datatechnology & Communication.

In addition to their formal education, Maxim Petrov also obtained additional certifications. In July 2019, they became a Google Cloud Certified Professional Data Engineer through Google. In May 2019, they completed the Data Engineering on Google Cloud Platform Spezialisierung from Coursera.
