Ugur Kizer

Ugur Kizer is an experienced professional in the financial technology sector, currently serving as the Associate Director of Card Payment & CRM Technology Solutions at Paycell since January 2019. Kizer manages teams focused on developing a range of solutions including Card Payment Systems, Money Transfer, and Anti Money Laundering. As a certified Product Owner, Kizer ensures the optimization of product values and oversees the operational product backlog. Prior to Paycell, Kizer held various managerial roles at Turkcell, including Customer Finance Manager and Collection & Fraud Manager, as well as gaining experience as a Software Engineer at LOGO Business Solutions. Kizer holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Dokuz Eylul University, an MBA from Maltepe University, and a Master’s degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Istanbul Medeniyet University.
