Amy Graeber SPHR, SHRM-CP is currently a Senior Learning Instructor at Paychex, where they partner with leaders to strategize on training needs and create engaging content for the HRBP community. Previously, Amy held the role of Human Resources Business Partner at Paychex, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives while supporting a diverse client portfolio with various HR strategies. Earlier in their career, Amy worked at Nordstrom in multiple roles including Human Resources Assistant Manager and Sales Associate, and also served as a Mentor at Kids Can Do. Amy's experience includes supporting talent acquisition, employee training, and fostering positive workplace cultures.
