Ben Rush is an experienced sales leader with a robust background in strategic roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director for the Central Channel at Paychex since August 2024, Ben has previously held positions such as Senior Vice President of Sales at Blue Ridge, where leadership focused on digital and field sales, and Strategic Advisor at Sustain.Life. As Chief Revenue Officer at Kainos, Ben was instrumental in spinning out the SaaS business from a larger practice. Ben's long tenure at ADP included key roles such as Chief Sales Officer for ADP NextGen HCM, where a comprehensive go-to-market organization was developed, and notable growth in revenue occurred.
