Brandon Stephens is an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in the solar energy sector and team management. Currently serving as Inside Sales Manager at Paychex since September 2024, Brandon emphasizes team culture and the development of sales professionals while empowering business owners through human capital management services. Previously, as Regional Sales Manager at Sunrun from January 2011 to September 2024, Brandon directed a high-performing sales team to achieve top rankings and exceeded sales targets through effective recruitment, coaching, and retention strategies.
