Brian Madrazo

Brian Madrazo serves as the Director of Legal at Paychex since February 2003, providing comprehensive legal advice and support for the company's retirement, insurance, and professional employer organization services, focusing on product development, regulatory compliance, and litigation support. Prior to this role, Brian held various legal positions including Associate Attorney at Nixon Peabody and Assistant Public Defender at the Monroe County Public Defender's Office. Brian's legal career began in the U.S. Army as a Judge Advocate General. Brian holds a Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Labor Relations from LeMoyne College.
