Cathy Jones

Cathy Jones is a strategic business consultant at Paychex, where responsibilities include linking growth and revenue goals to people strategies since September 2025. Previously, Cathy worked at Insperity for nearly eleven years, serving as a Certified Business Performance Advisor, providing human resource support and employee benefits services to over 100,000 businesses, and utilizing HR technology to improve business performance. Other roles include Regional Sales Manager at Scale, Sales Manager for the Western region at Azul Systems, and Senior Account Executive at SunGard Availability Services, among others. Cathy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Notre Dame de Namur University and a CBPA designation from the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business.
