Christopher Mania

Christopher Mania currently serves as the Head of Strategy for the Bank Channel at Paychex, a role assumed in July 2025. Prior to this position, Christopher worked at Bank of America for a decade, progressing from Vice President and Northeast Regional Credit Manager to National Business Strategy & Intelligence Manager, where responsibilities included driving strategic initiatives and ensuring business growth. Christopher also held senior leadership roles at PNC and JPMorgan Chase & Co., focusing on client relationship management and business expansion. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from The University of Arizona Global Campus, Christopher holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from American InterContinental University.
